A year go today I had to tell everyone I was letting you go from the machines that were keeping you alive. Some of these friends I have kept in touch with, others disappeared quite quickly. The ones that have stayed were your true friends and always will be. I know they miss you as much as I do and think of you often. Your brother from another mother is one of them, along with Scott, Alex and Kim. I wish I was wrong about the others and your family, but it is what it is.
